I train on my Peloton bike and Tread seven days a week, and what I can say is before I had my compression boots, I couldn’t make it through the seven-day schedule, even with low impact days thrown in as active recovery days, I still could not perform normally until I added compression recovery to my routine.
For me, the compression boots were a game-changer.
I’m not saying that the $500-$1200 spend on compression boots is worth it, but for me, being able to complete my fitness goals is. I don’t think I could’ve done it without the help of the air compression boots.
